Lady Florence Convent School propels its learners’ journey on the axiom of leading from front. The idea is to create all learners into future leaders by providing them ample opportunities to groom themselves and inculcate 21st century life skills. We make focused efforts to help our pupils, right from their formative to senior school journey, to evolve into confident, responsible, patriotic and globally conscious individuals.

The Student Council is the manifestation of our vision——From Learners to Leaders. The rigorous selection process of the Student Council members at LFCS itself prepares all aspiring students into confident leaders. Right from filing the nomination forms to the screening process students get exposure to a healthy group discussion on agendas close to their hearts, self-analyse their skills and assess and evaluate each other to help the panel select the apt candidate for various positions.

The Internal Internship Programme ‘Communicate to Lead’ for Grades XI and XII appendages eloquent managerial magnitude to their grooming to enable them to take professional leadership responsibilities. Event Management at LFCS is a student led programme under the supervision of able mentors. They take ownership of organizing events and in the process learn organizational skills. At LFCS there is a system to create a committee titled Event Organization Secretariat consisting of students and mentors before each event. Through this secretariat students are involved right from planning to executing events.

We take leadership initiatives through our pedagogy in classrooms and in fields to train students to inculcate leadership skills. Flip Teaching and team gamification pedagogies in classrooms and also often outside the four walls, give students opportunity to adorn the role of educational leaders.

Embellishing to this idea, the school intermittently organizes Youth Parliament and Model United Nations (MUN). These sessions create both nationally aware and globally informed young future leaders

The vision From Learners to Leaders, is embedded in the educational philosophy of our Esteemed Chairperson Mrs. Aruna Dang who is consistently on the mission to provide holistic facilities and ample opportunities to all students to become a leader. She drives the school with the idea that every child is potentially a leader in herself/ himself.

Eventually, when a Florian graduates from senior Secondary school, he/she emerges as a confident and well directed individual ready to shoulder the responsibility with a sense of pride
