  • Lady Florence Convent School offers scholarships to meritorious students who demonstrate excellence in academics and reasoning ability.


  • Eligibility for Scholarships

  • Students applying for Classes 3 to 8 are eligible to appear for the Scholarship Test.
  • Scholarships are awarded on the basis of merit and are intended to support students who demonstrate exceptional academic excellence.
  • Scholarship Test Structure

    Eligible Classes 3 to 8
    Subjects Included English, Hindi, and Mathematics
    Marks Distribution Each subject carries 20 marks (Total: 60 marks)
    Language of the Test English (except for the Hindi language paper)
    Test Duration 2 Hours
    Selection Process Written Exam + Group Discussion/Personal Interaction

    Selection Criteria

    Eligibility Selection Criteria
    Classes 3-5 Personal Interaction Round with school faculty.
    Classes 6-7 & 9 Group Discussion Round for IQ and reasoning skills assessment.

    Evaluation Process:

  • Written Test: Assesses subject knowledge, reasoning ability, and logical thinking.
  • Group Discussion (GD) Round: Evaluates critical thinking, reasoning ability, communication skills, and participation.
  • Personal Interaction (for Classes 3–5): Assesses enthusiasm for learning, academic curiosity, communication skills, and overall aptitude.


  • Scholarship Benefits:

  • The scholarship is applicable only to new admissions. Existing students are not eligible.
  • Note:

    • 1. Admission policies and concessions are subject to review and may be revised at the discretion of the management each academic session.
    • 2.Parents must ensure the safekeeping of the registration form once it has been issued by the school office. In case of loss, a reissuance fee will be applicable. The form must be submitted at the registration desk as per the prescribed guidelines.

    General Admission Guidelines

    • Timely Submission: Admission applications must be completed and submitted within the prescribed enrolment period.
    • Seat Availability: Admissions are strictly subject to seat availability and are granted based on merit and evaluation results.
    • Fee Payment Modes

    • Accepted modes of payment: Cheque, Online Transfer, or Cash.
    • All cheques must be issued in favour of Lady Florence Convent School.
    • Re-evaluation Clause

    • The school reserves the right to re-evaluate admitted students to ensure appropriate academic placement.
    • Code of Conduct Compliance

    • Newly admitted students are expected to adhere to the school's discipline policies, attendance requirements, and ethical standards.
