Fee Structure

  • One-Time Fee Payment Policy
  1. The complete admission fee must be paid in full before confirming admission.
  2. No admissions will be processed in instalments.
  3. Students will not be allotted a class until the full fee is deposited.
  • Fee Receipt Issuance
  1. Official fee receipts will be issued only after complete verification of the payment method (Cash/Cheque/Online Transfer).
  • Cheque Payments:
  • Cheques must be issued in favor of “Lady Florence Convent School.”
  • Admissions will be confirmed only after cheque clearance.
  • In case of a bounced cheque, admission will be automatically cancelled unless the issue is resolved within 48 hours.
  • Parents will be notified of the cheque clearance status by the Accounts Department.
    • New Admission Folder
  • Upon successful admission confirmation, each student will receive a New Admission Folder, which includes:


  • 1. Temporary ID Card – To be used until the official student ID card is issued.
  • 2. Welcome Letter – A personalized letter from the school administration.
  • 3. School Vision, Rules, and Guidelines – A document outlining the school’s mission, values, and disciplinary policies.
  • 4. Official Fee Receipt – A proof of payment document for the parents’ records.
