Fee Structure

One-Time Fee Payment Policy
  • The complete admission fee must be paid in full at the time of admission.
  • Payment of admission fees in instalments will not be permitted.
  • Admission shall be confirmed only upon receipt of the full fee amount.
  • No class will be allotted to a student until the complete fee has been deposited and verified.
Fee Receipt Issuance

Official fee receipts will be issued only after complete verification of the payment method (Cash/Cheque/Online Transfer).

    Cheque Payments:
  • Cheques must be issued in favor of “Lady Florence Convent School.”
  • Admissions will be confirmed only after cheque clearance.
  • In case of a bounced cheque, admission will be automatically cancelled unless the issue is resolved within 48 hours.
  • Parents will be notified of the cheque clearance status by the Accounts Department.
    New Admission Folder

    Upon successful admission confirmation, each student will receive a New Admission Folder, which includes:

  • Temporary ID Card – To be used until the official student ID card is issued.
  • Welcome Letter – A personalized letter from the school administration.
  • School Vision, Rules, and Guidelines – A document outlining the school’s mission, values, and disciplinary policies.
  • Official Fee Receipt – A proof of payment document for the parents’ records.
