Our Visionary Chairperson Ms. Aruna Dang, with her scholastic acumen and educational philosophy rooted in ethics and morality, has evolved a culture where academic excellence is value laden. She believes that every child should first be a good human being and then a successful person. The school culture is deeply embedded in values like compassion, empathy, honesty, integrity and Conscientiousness. We make conscious efforts through our pedagogies and co-curricular activities that all Florians become responsible human beings. By school assemblies, educational programmes, ZEN DEN Sessions and counselling workshops moral values and a sense of service to the community are inculcated.
