Fee Structure
- One-Time Fee Payment Policy
- The complete admission fee must be paid in full before confirming admission.
- No admissions will be processed in instalments.
- Students will not be allotted a class until the full fee is deposited.
- Official fee receipts will be issued only after complete verification of the payment method (Cash/Cheque/Online Transfer).
- Cheques must be issued in favor of “Lady Florence Convent School.”
- Admissions will be confirmed only after cheque clearance.
- In case of a bounced cheque, admission will be automatically cancelled unless the issue is resolved within 48 hours.
- Parents will be notified of the cheque clearance status by the Accounts Department.
- Upon successful admission confirmation, each student will receive a New Admission Folder, which includes:
- 1. Temporary ID Card – To be used until the official student ID card is issued.
- 2. Welcome Letter – A personalized letter from the school administration.
- 3. School Vision, Rules, and Guidelines – A document outlining the school’s mission, values, and disciplinary policies.
- 4. Official Fee Receipt – A proof of payment document for the parents’ records.
